Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Cloud Architect for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Position will be serving on the Solution Engineering team building out POC for supporting the strategic vision, defining standards, and assisting other cloud teams on projects
• A member of the agile scrum team working through stories/spikes
• Working closely with other engineers, architect and leadership giving feedback on technical approaches
• Adhering to best practices in the environment
• Best architectural solutions for disaster recovery and cloud resiliency
• Works well in a team setting
• Open to taking on any tasks. Could be expert within or something new
• Team goal is to complete to sprint commitment

Requirements:

• Must be experienced in AWS building/supporting solutions
• AWS focused on DevOps Engineering, practical experience designing, building, and automating solutions utilizing AWS services such as IAM, Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, EMR, ECS, Route 53 and Redshift
• Working with cloud automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong background in Gitlab and CI/CD processes
• Disaster Recovery, Cloud resiliency
• Education Requirement: Bachelors
• Software Skills Required: Python, Terraform, Gitlab, CloudFormation
