We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business insurance needs, advising clients on appropriate coverage options, and managing new and existing commercial accounts. Your ability to build relationships and deliver tailored risk management solutions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and grow a book of business focused on commercial property and casualty insurance.
• Quote, bind, and issue new and renewal policies in coordination with underwriters and carriers.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, including policy reviews, endorsements, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Stay current on trends and changes in commercial insurance markets.
• Maintain accurate client records using agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic).
• Collaborate with internal teams including account managers, claims representatives, and producers.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Florida.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Strong understanding of standard commercial insurance coverages and markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual
