Are you experienced in commercial loan portfolio management, commercial lending, or commercial credit and looking to expand your skills in a more dynamic role? Our client, a staple in the banking community, is excited to welcome its next commercial loan officer to its growing team in this net new role.

You’ll leverage your credit expertise to originate and manage commercial loans, work directly with business owners, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic lending decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and expand a network of business owners, real estate investors, and referral sources.
• Generate new lending relationships, focusing on C&I and CRE lending.
• Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring long-term client success.
• Provide consultative, solutions-based advice to business clients.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong commercial credit analyst experience.
• Foundation knowledge of working capital and cash flow lending.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate long-term connections.
