RETS Associates, on behalf of our client—a privately held holding company based in Brea, CA—is recruiting a Property Manager (PM) to oversee a vibrant mixed-use center featuring over 300K SF of retail, dining, and entertainment. The PM will maximize property performance, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors while managing tenant improvements, development projects, lease administration, budgeting, and staff oversight. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in commercial property management, construction management, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience focus on retail assets.
• Strong financial, operational, and construction management expertise.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to multitask effectively.

Compensation: $100K-$115K plus bonus DOE
