Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by accurately assessing project costs and providing essential estimates that guide project management decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Duties

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for cost analysis.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on estimated costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts.
• Assist in the development of bid proposals and participate in pre-bid meetings.
