Job Summary
Position includes a variety of tasks related to monitoring of lending compliance as required under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Responsible for assisting the CRA Community Development Officers with gathering, reviewing, and preparing loan data for analysis. Responsibilities include communicating with CRA Community Development Officers, Loan Officers and other loan department staff throughout the organization to help ensure the accurate reporting of data. The CRA Specialist follows the Banks CRA Policy Program to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies and procedures under the CRA.

Qualifications:Salary Range : $66,560.00- 70,000.00 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
