Title: Compliance Program Manager

Location: NYC [Hybrid]

Salary: 150K+

A fast-growing, NYC-based FinTech company is looking for a Compliance Program Manager to help scale and strengthen its compliance management system (CMS).

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with the VP of Compliance to enhance the company’s CMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risk across operations. This includes managing audits, vendor risk, regulatory updates, and key relationships with bank partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in compliance within a FinTech, financial services, or lending environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Track and communicate regulatory changes across the business
• Support audits, exams, and regulatory reporting
• Conduct risk assessments across products, processes, and vendors
• Partner closely with external banking and vendor partners
• Monitoring of BSA/AML, KYC, and More

Background:

5+ years FinTech compliance

Regulatory and Audit experience

CAMS, ACAMS, or other relevant certifications a plus
