Job Description

The CNC Operator operates all CNC machining to produce finished goods. The position is responsible for adhering to established production processes to produce quality work that meets customer specifications and individual production goals.

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Setup, operate and maintain CNC machines to fabricate specific parts according to company standards and specifications.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and desired results by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC operator with at least 2 years of experience in CNC operation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
• Mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour (based on experience)

Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week

Shift Information: Intelli-Pole offers 12-hour shifts - 6 am to 6 pm and from 6 pm to 6 am.
