Location: Paducah, KY

Shift: 3rd 12-8am (M-F)

Are you an ambitious individual with a strong attention to detail? We are looking to hire a team member to join our growing organization in our Paducah, KY operations department. Computer Operators are responsible for the daily processing of ACH, incoming cash letters, returns for banks, and generation of statement and tax form images. They process and ensure completion of core updates and requests and ensures creation and acceptance of transit cash letters. They gather, process, and disburse information to appropriate departments and escalate issues for timely resolution. This position is based on site in Paducah, KY, with third-shift hours (12-8am). After demonstrating successful performance, the role may transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and executes all processes to ensure timely completion.
• Reviews procedures with team to ensure procedures are performed accurately.
• Processes ACH, cash letters, proof, transit, and FED return file.
• Generates digital statement and tax forms.
• Generates and transmits IRS File, Credit Bureau and State FIDMs.
• Performs Core updates.
• Receives customer issues and requests resolution for operations processing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

No Minimum Experience Required. High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
