Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working with various tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, contributing to the overall success of construction projects.

• Cement mortar lining products to pipe.
• Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including forming and leveling surfaces.
• Operate concrete mixers and other power tools to mix and pour concrete as required.
• Finish surfaces using hand tools, trowels, and other finishing equipment to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Painting concrete.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications are met while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with concrete installation and renovation projects.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to concrete work.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions as required by project demands.
