Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $110,000–$130,000/year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial ground-up projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure milestones are met.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe job site environment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up projects of $20M+ in value.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and project documents.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
