Job Description

Top General contractor looking for Superintendents (and above) to lead complex, high-tech commercial builds including: data centers, semiconductor plants, and other mission-critical facilities.

EXPECTATIONS

• Lead daily site operations, managing subcontractors and crews
• Drive safety, quality, and strict project compliance
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Problem-solve on-site challenges and coordinate with the project team
• Oversee logistics, materials, and equipment for seamless execution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years as a Superintendent on data centers, semiconductor plants, or mission-critical facilities
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, backup power, and critical infrastructure
• Proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

BASE SALARY: $120,000-$205,000+

• Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
• Travel Housing Paid For
• Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)
