We are a 42-year-old estate and financial planning services company focused on the post-retirement market. Our objective is to assist our clients and their families by planning for various life events and facilitating legal, financial and tax strategies. We are seeking a seasoned attorney who is experienced in the area of wills, trusts and other estate planning related matters.

We provide No-Cost Client Introductions and complete back-office support with no out-of-pocket.  You be the attorney; we will cover everything else from marketing to delivery.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Iowa State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
• Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
• Existing private practice.
• Medicaid planning is a plus
• Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
