TBG is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team for a short term 1-2 month assignment in College Point, Queens. This will be in the office Monday- Friday during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Post job vacancies
• Serve as a liaison between recruitment agencies and hiring manager
• Coordinate candidate interviews
• Screen and interview candidates
• Extend offers
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding, new hire paperwork administration

Requirements:

1+ years with full life cycle recruitment
