Job Description: We are seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with a strong background in UX/UI to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital presence to increase conversion rates across various platforms, including our website, Shopify stores, and internal websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct A/B testing and implement automation strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the brand development team to identify and execute 8-10 key initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align CRO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve our digital assets.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and UX/UI design.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and automation tools.
• Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a base understanding of agile principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
