LHH is partnering with a top AmLaw firm in hiring a Corporate M&A Associate with public company experience. This is an opportunity to have fulfilling, challenging, and hands-on work with public company clients, from handing corporate filings, to securities and M&A activity.

This position offers :

• The ability to lead and manage transactional work and corporate and securities filings for public companies.
• Advisory work the clients on securities transactions.
• Base salary range - $250,000-$345,000, with additional bonuses, medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid paternity/maternity leave.
