The Foster Group Legal Search has an immediate opening for an Investment Funds Attorney (mid-level)

Overview : Our client, a well-respected investment firm, has an immediate need for an Investment Funds Attorney.

Experience : 2-6 years of legal experience

Location: NY, NY (Hybrid schedule)

Description : Seeking a skilled corporate attorney with 2+ years of experience in investment management, fund formation, or private funds experience. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking and working effectively with other teams. Experience at a hedge fund or investment firm is preferred but not required.

Compensation: Total compensation is expected to range between $295,000 to $325,000, which is comprised of a base salary + bonus.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent required
• Excellent negotiation, oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, maturity and judgment
