Onsite Recruitment Manager – Nutritious Lifestyles

As our Recruitment Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians, and support professionals who are dedicated to improving lives through nutrition. You’ll work closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, enhance our employer brand, and build a sustainable pipeline of both new graduates and experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for RD, NDTR, and internship positions
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, program directors, and professional organizations
• Manage recruitment campaigns, job ads, and outreach initiatives across platforms
• Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates
• Collaborate with managers to understand evolving staffing needs
• Track key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize strategies
• Represent Nutritious Lifestyles at virtual and in-person career events

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or high-volume recruiting (nutrition preferred)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and relationship building
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• A background in nutrition or healthcare is a strong plus
