Job Overview
As a Creative Producer, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and executing engaging short drama content. You will lead project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned production group and ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and process expectations.
- Review production timelines, cost estimates, and resource/vendor allocations from team producers.
- Provide coaching and escalation support to team producers, and assist in resolving complex production issues.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve conflicts and secure necessary support.
- Enforce SOP compliance, ensure proper documentation, and uphold production quality control within the team.
- Host quarterly reviews for the team and provide feedback on process improvements and team member growth.
- Assist the Head of Production and Senior Supervisor in implementing training and talent pipeline strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in film-making, media production, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a producer or creative lead in the digital media or entertainment industry
- In-depth understanding of mobile content consumption trends and platforms, particularly in short-form video
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for storytelling with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software
