📍 Criminal Defense Attorney – Orlando Office

About Us:

Weinstein Legal Team is a rapidly growing law firm with offices in Broward, Palm Beach, and Orange Counties. We are currently seeking a driven, growth-minded Criminal Defense Attorney to join our Orlando Office as we expand our Central Florida criminal defense practice.

Our team includes former prosecutors and public defenders committed to defending clients’ rights in a wide range of criminal matters: misdemeanors, felonies, federal charges, injunctions, expungements, and more.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle your own caseload from intake through resolution
• Appear in court, manage motion practice, plea negotiations, and trials
• Travel to Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, and surrounding counties

Qualifications:

• Florida Bar license (required)
• Spanish-speaking (plus)
• Prior experience as a State Attorney or Public Defender ( strong plus )

Compensation & Benefits:

💼 Salary range: $75,000–$100,000+ (commensurate with experience)

💰 Bonus for business generation and after-hours calls
