Position Description
As part of Seattle University's vision to be one of the most innovative and progressive Jesuit and Catholic universities in the world, the University is responding to the President's call to reimagine and revise our curriculum across every department and college at the university. The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the systems implementation of this work and we're seeking a Curriculum Project Coordinator to manage a large volume of curriculum changes across a variety of software platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Academic Programs, this role will work closely with the Senior Academic Specialist and the Program Review Committee in the Office of the Provost to update the academic catalog and student information system with curriculum changes and conduct data hygiene related to that work.
Responsibilities Include
- Creating and managing service ticket/email requests.
- Project managing and processing a high volume of curricular revisions to the academic catalog using Microsoft Planning and Modern Campus curriculum software.
- Inputting data in our student information system including updating courses, programs, and degree audits and proofing the catalog and the student-facing Student Planning platform.
- Conducting data hygiene across all Office of the Registrar systems.
- Supporting the Office of the Registrar in daily operations during high volume times by responding to emails, processing forms, and general records keeping.

About the department:
The Office of the Registrar manages students' academic records, supports student registration and withdrawal from classes, petitions for exception, and issues enrollment & degree verifications, Seattle University official & unofficial transcripts, and diplomas. We also manage the quarterly grading process, changes to students' majors & minors and notification of students' rights through the Federal Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Registrar's Office also plans the commencement ceremony alongside the Office of the Provost in collaboration with various departments campus wide.

Qualifications
- High school diploma and two or more years of progressively responsible administrative office support experience.
- Experience with project management including the use of project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple electronic inboxes including email and eform platforms.
- Highly competent content editor fluent in written and spoken English.
- Interest in data management, data hygiene, and software systems integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a demonstrably related field.
- Experience working in higher education or similar field.
- Experience using enterprise management systems.

Compensation at a Glance:
Salary Range: $48,000 - $50,000
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate's gender or any other protected status.

Hybrid Eligible*
This position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule after successful completion of an introductory work period of 3-6 months. This may mean that a hybrid eligible role will begin on-campus initially and then will transition to hybrid format following onboarding and training.
