About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers by handling phone calls and email inquiries and routing them to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial contact for customer phone and email inquiries
• Route inquiries promptly and accurately to the right teams
• Follow ISO9001 customer service procedures and work instructions
• Use key systems including ERP-LX (Order Entry), eCom (Customer Portal), Salesforce (CRM), and 8x8 phone system
• Assist with warranty claim processing
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency with ERP-LX is required
• Financial/accounting aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with MS Office, Salesforce, and CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently with a responsible and self-motivated approach
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred
