Our client in Wickliffe is immediately hiring for a Customer Service / Project Manager to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with growth potential.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines, costs, and execution to ensure milestone goals are met

• Identify and communicate deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate across departments to keep projects on track

• Source materials, support prototyping/testing, and manage vendor coordination

• Track project status and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for internal teams and clients

🧩 Ideal Candidate Has:

• Project management experience and familiarity with PM software

• Background in manufacturing processes (preferably solar-related)

• Strong cost analysis skills, including target costing

• Experience in inventory control, manufacturing engineering, and process improvement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite

• Excellent time management, analytical, and client-facing communication skills
