Lancium builds gigawatt-scale campuses for AI data centers. What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cybersecurity Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity architectures to protect our IT and OT environments from emerging threats. This role involves both policy development and hands-on technical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive cybersecurity architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on the status of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management.

What We Want From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity systems, protocols, and technologies including OT systems (eg. SCADA, PLCs).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, NERC CIP).
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP) are highly desirable.
