Job Description:
The D3 Security Application Analyst will provide application support for the D3 Security Management System used by investigations teams for dispatch, incident reporting, and case management. This role requires strong technical expertise in D3 functionality, integrations, and client-facing skills.
Skills Required:
D3 Security Application experience
Security Automation & Orchestration (SOAR)
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
REST API integration
Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills
Skills that are Nice-To-Have but Not Mandatory:
Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems
Prior experience in security operations or investigations support
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for D3 Security platform
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and integrations
Collaborate with investigations teams for system enhancements
Maintain data integrity across integrated systems
Coordinate upgrades and patches with vendors and IT teams
Document processes and deliver training to end-users
Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
