Dairy Records Service Manager
NY Description Dairy Records Service Managers will create value for Dairy Producers by ensuring consistent and reliable service. They will create value for Dairy One by building and maintaining strong relationships with Producers. Finally, they will create value for employees by providing leadership, training and support to a team of Dairy Records Service Specialists.
Duties will include: supervising a team of Dairy Records Service Specialists; performing DHI testing; and general circuit management. Dairy Records Service Managers are expected to represent Dairy One in their regions by promoting the company as a value-added business and to upholding Dairy One values of integrity, professionalism, innovation, commitment and positivity. Success in this position will be dependent on the ability to inspire the team to grow Dairy One products and services provided to farms.
Dairy Records Service Managers operate from their homes and travel regularly throughout their assigned region to meet with customers and DRSS. Occasional overnight travel, and evening and weekend work may be required to meet the demands of the position. Some work will be performed on farms which includes exposure to a variety of weather conditions.
**This position will manage our Great Lakes Region, including counties in southwestern NY, northwestern PA, and eastern OH.**
Requirements Associates Degree and at least 3 years of experience performing full time DHI testing, preferably with Dairy One. Prior experience supervising, or leading teams is desired
