Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to help inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in data to support business strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and design data models
- Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, processes, and reports
- Support data quality and governance initiatives
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and visual manner to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience working with large datasets and databases (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
