Russell Tobin's client, one of the largest and most prominent global music companies, is hiring Data Entry Clerk at Franklin, TN 37067 (Hybrid)

Position Title: Global Film & TV - Data Entry Temp

Location: Franklin, TN 37067 (Hybrid)

Duration: 06+ Months with the possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $13.34 - $14.34 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

The Global Film & TV Data Entry Temp will be responsible for accurately entering and managing copyright information for film and television content in the company's database. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure the correct processing of cue sheets and work data.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Enter and maintain work copyright information into the company’s database.
• Cue Sheet Processing: Standardize and report cue sheets for film and television projects.
• Issue Reporting: Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required by the team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and maintain accuracy in database management.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork: Works effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Desirable (but not essential) :

• Experience using an AS400 system.
• Prior experience in a music publishing company or copyright administration role.
