Title : Driver Helper

Pay : $17/hr

Schedule : 5am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri

Location : The Colony, TX

Position : Temp-to-hire

MUST HAVE: Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR (Driving record) REQUIRED.

Job Summary:

The Delivery Helper will assist in the transportation and delivery of goods to customers. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
• Safely transport items to customers' locations
• Communicate effectively with the delivery driver and customers
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the supervisor
• Ensure all delivered items are accounted for and in good condition

Requirements :

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Experience working with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Familiarity with box trucks, forklifts, or tractor-trailers is advantageous
• Previous experience in a courier or delivery driver role is beneficial
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing delivery schedules
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and moving techniques
