Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Package Delivery: Transport and deliver various items from customers'

warehouses to customers' locations, ensuring that deliveries are made on

time and in good condition.

Loading and Unloading: Load packages into the vehicle at the pickup

location and unload them at the delivery site, handling items carefully to

prevent damage.

Route Navigation: Utilize app to receive delivery routes, track packages,

and update delivery statuses, ensuring efficient navigation and adherence

to traffic regulations.

Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting

with customers, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise during

the delivery process.

Order Review: Check orders before and after delivery to ensure

completeness and accuracy, optimizing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Age : Must be at least 21 years old to apply for the position.

Driver's License : A valid U.S. driver's license is required

Vehicle : Drivers must have a mid-sized or larger vehicle (e.g., SUV, van, or

truck) that meets local insurance requirements.
