**Job Description**
Cencal Auto & Truck Parts Inc, has a full time delivery driver/counter sales opening. NAPA Auto Parts delivery drivers and counter sales employees are the key to our success, delivering excellent customer service and developing long standing relationships with our customers.
***Fundamental Position Functions:***
* Work on a Parts Department team to support multiple product lines represented by NAPA Auto Parts.
* Retain customer satisfaction by assisting customers with identifying parts, providing quotes and processing orders.
* Maintain warehouse and showroom inventory accuracy.
* Stock Warehouse and Parts Department showroom with parts and supplies.
* Inform customers of any updates and service bulletins supplied by manufacturers.
* Fulfillment of sales orders, which includes, tracking, shipping, delivery (dispatch) and complete invoicing for processed orders.
* Shipping and receiving of freight for Parts Department related supplies and equipment.
* Accomplish warranty administration on parts for all manufacturers.
* Execute freight claims for damaged goods.
* Provide efficient and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner.
* Accurately check, compare, and verify invoices to ordered parts pulled for delivery to insure accuracy.
* Account for cash on Collect on Delivery (COD) orders and maintain an accurate, detailed delivery log.
**Qualifications**
**The successful candidate should have:**
1-3 years of experience in the aftermarket auto parts industry. Salary commensurate with experience.
**Requirements of the job:**
* Be minimum of 18 years of age.
* Possess a valid state drivers license.
* Possess a clean driving record and consent to a MVR.
* Possess a friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
* Maintain good attendance and arrive to work for each shift in a timely manner.
