We’re partnering with a global player in agricultural trading that’s expanding its risk management capabilities. They’re seeking a rising star—someone sharp, driven, and bilingual—to join their Miami-based derivatives team. This is a rare opportunity to develop in a dynamic cross-border environment while working closely with senior traders and risk management professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the execution of derivative strategies (futures, options, structured products) across agricultural markets.
• Working directly with traders and clients on pricing, hedging, and margining strategies.
• Interfacing with physical trading desks and logistics teams across Latin America.
• Learning how to structure and sell customised price risk solutions.
• Monitoring global ag markets and contributing to P&L analysis, research, and strategy development.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in commodity trading, risk management, or derivatives (preferably ag-related).
• Understanding of futures/options and basic hedging strategies.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written).
• Desire to live and work in Miami full-time.

Bonus Points For:

• Series 3 or Series 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Exposure to LATAM markets or clients.
• Experience with tools like Eikon, PowerBI, or risk dashboards.
