Your role:

As a Senior Designer for the loyalty/client experience team, you will be supporting the visual creative team.

• Reporting to the Art Director, you will be responsible for concept/design/execution of various marketing
• initiatives across all channels.
• In addition, you will:Support Art Director or Creative Director in research, developing concepts and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meets business objectives
• Work within the existing styleguide and evolve the visual framework as needed
• Build concepts and design for integrated marketing campaigns from concept to finish
• Craft creative solutions with impeccable attention to design and typography
• Partner with editorial team to ensure copy and visuals are working harmoniously together
• Lead projects and collaborate with other team members to divide and conquer
• Cultivate a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and expertise in design critiques

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 3-5 years of design experience.
• BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design or equivalent experience
• Proficient knowledge of: Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign, Figma
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; ability to manage their time efficiently
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with consumer brands and/or exhibition design a plus
• Ability to move fast, multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Design studio or agency experience preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40-47.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
