Job Overview :

Level Up USA is seeking a proactive and results-driven Direct Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will focus on planning and executing direct marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing face-to-face relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer interaction, developing personalized marketing strategies, and driving brand awareness through in-person engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns with a focus on face-to-face customer interaction and relationship building.
• Develop strategies to engage potential clients at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and prospects through in-person meetings, presentations, and networking.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional items, for in-person distribution.
• Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of in-person campaigns and interactions, recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
• Participate in local marketing events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage the marketing budget for direct marketing efforts, ensuring cost-effective solutions for face-to-face campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve in-person customer engagement and overall marketing performance.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and prospects in person.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple face-to-face campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across various departments.
• Creativity in developing personalized marketing strategies and materials for in-person interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Preferred :

• Experience in event marketing or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of direct marketing strategies focused on in-person engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
