Director of Physical Therapy
We are seeking an ambitious Director of Physical Therap y to lead one of our fastest-growing outpatient practices in New Hampshire.

Our patient population includes:
- Workers’ compensation cases
- Young athletes, weekend warriors, and active older adults
- General outpatient sports medicine
Role Overview:
The Director of Physical Therapy will serve as both a clinical leader and business manager, responsible for providing outstanding patient care while also overseeing operations, staffing, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and mentorship for the clinical team
- Lead and manage a team of 4 FTEs (PTAs, PTs, Office Manager, and float staff)
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily clinic operations
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Drive marketing and community engagement to expand patient volume
- Develop strategies to grow and scale the practice
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-first care
