Director of Rehabilitation – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Woodstock, VA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekend rotation

Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Salary Range: $87,360–$104,000 annually

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Woodstock, VA. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) with a strong background in clinical care, team management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
• Supervise and support rehab staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and productivity
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and collaborate with nursing and medical teams
• Monitor documentation accuracy and compliance with Medicare and SNF guidelines
• Manage scheduling, caseload distribution, and performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, safety standards, and ethical practices
• Serve as a liaison between rehab department and facility leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP in the state of Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare billing, PDPM, and EMR systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
