Additional Details:

• Sets strategic direction for the Project Management Office (PMO) and develops roadmaps.
• Establishes best practices and standards for program management, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Drives tool selection and reporting to communicate work and provide visibility.
• Orchestrates work across teams and ensures alignment with business goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and leadership to define and deliver on project capabilities.
• Interfaces with executives to influence and represent PMO strategies.
• Stays informed on market trends to guide PMO vision and direction.
• Defines and communicates the scope of work products to stakeholders.
• Organizes teams to collect customer insights as markets evolve.
• Leads and influences project managers and program managers.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead and direct project management teams, aligning them with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Skilled at proactively identifying potential issues and resolving conflicts with tact, while maintaining project momentum and promoting a positive work environment.
• Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders to forecast and establish both short-term and long-term goals, utilizing OKR methodology to track progress and ensure alignment.
• Experience in identifying process inefficiencies, applying improvements, and leveraging methodologies to optimize project management and team performance.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members, ensuring clear and persuasive communication across all levels.
• Demonstrated owner mindset with the ability to take calculated risks, solve complex problems, and drive project success through creative decision-making.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing diverse project portfolios, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of project management tools, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies to enhance productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and PMP certification, with a strong foundation in project management principles.
• 7+ years of experience leading project teams and delivering successful projects that drive organizational change.
