Title: Director Research Analytics

Location: New York City or Remote (east coast)

A New York based research and intelligence startup with an experienced team of technology entrepreneurs, top notch data scientists, machine learning experts, and market research professionals, is looking for a new Director to lead Research & Analytics .

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the Research & Analytics team
• Drive implementation of advanced analytics models as well as quantitative research methods
• Design quantitative research, including survey design and programming
• Utilize Python for data analysis
• Negotiate with online panel providers and other vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality samples.

What makes you qualified:

• Minimum 7 years experience + Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience leading survey design + quantitative project management
• Experience with Python, ability to do data modeling
• Excellent story-telling and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities and proven background leading a team
