LHH is working with a great firm in Torrance, CA. They are looking for a discovery paralegal to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents such as correspondence agreements, discovery, and pleadings.
- Assist attorneys with discovery, discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas.
- Document review assistance and analysis through various platforms.
- Manage electronic case files using a document manage system like iManage.
Experience:
- Discovery experience, drafting documents for discovery.
- Compile trial materials, coordinate witnesses, prepare and issue trial subpoenas, prepare and manage exhibits, attend trial.
- 3+ years' experience in litigation and with discovery.
Role:
- 2 days onsite in Torrance, CA and 3 days working from home.
- This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $75,000 to $85,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
