Now Hiring: Senior Engineering and Maintenance Manager

DSJ Global is partnering with a rapidly expanding food and beverage manufacturer to identify a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join their plant leadership team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled leader with a strong background in capital projects, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year capital investment strategy for equipment and systems upgrades
- Lead the planning and execution of capital projects, from scope definition to installation
- Implement proactive maintenance strategies including RCM, PM optimization, and predictive maintenance
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives using tools such as 5S, SMED, VSM, and Kaizen
- Build and mentor a technically proficient maintenance team, with a focus on long-term skill development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
- 8+ years of maintenance leadership experience, with 5+ years in engineering roles
- Proven experience in food manufacturing and high-speed automated packaging lines
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, and instrumentation
- Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
