Job Description
- Native English speaker with clear accent and fluent language expression.
- At least 2 years or more experience in teaching English to children, familiar with the teaching system and educational philosophy of international schools.
- Patient with children, able to build good interactive relationships with them, and provide high-quality personalized teaching.
- Able to develop and adjust teaching plans and content based on the child's age and English level.
- Responsible, respect each child's personality and differences, and able to stimulate children's learning interest and potential. 1. Conduct regular English teaching every week, including training in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Provide children with a fun, innovative learning environment to help them improve their English level.
- Maintain good communication with parents, regularly feedback on the child's learning progress and situation.
