HIRING METHOD : 1 Interview Onsite in Exton, PA

Compensation : $20.50/hr to $21/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

MUST HAVES:

1. Associates or Bachelors Degree
2. Experience working with a computer design program (Photoshop, drafting, 3D modeling, interior design, graphic design, etc.)
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Strong attention to detail

NICE TO HAVES:

1. Associate or bachelor’s Degree
2. Experience using AutoCAD or MicroStation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global is looking for a Entry Level Engineering Coordinator for our largest telecom client. This is an entry level position which requires development of knowledge in specific area of drafting, e.g., electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, or civil drawings with the ability to operate a computer-aided drafting (CAD) system. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a CAD system, and interest in the telecommunications industry.

DAY TO DAY:

1. Diagrams, schematics, layouts, multi-view, and various drawings to scale in accordance with clients' requests.
2. Mathematical, geometrical, and minor engineering computations.
3. Scale engineering drawings using computer aided drafting system
4. Detailed design drawings
5. This would include structure, schematic, foundation, grounding, steel, layout, equipment, apparatus, wiring, panel, AC&DC, one lines, and other type drawings necessary to produce substation, relay, and line design job packages
6. File drawings, maintain catalogs of engineering data, and perform other routine drawing room functions as required
