Job Title: Entry-Level Lab Technician

Location: Odessa, TX - On-site position

Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension

Rate: $19 to $24/hr on W2

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, this entry-level role involves training in the Chemical Hygiene Plan and current HSE laboratory safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

Following all safety protocols and regulations
Assisting with prototype or lab testing based on established procedures
Learning to build test equipment and perform basic material or environmental tests using electrical, electronic, chemical, and mechanical tools
Documenting and maintaining test data, equipment files, and related documentation
