What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and place top-tier talent into growing organizations
• Manage the full recruitment process from outreach to offer
• Become a trusted subject matter expert in your industry vertical
• Use creative strategies to grow your network and improve your results
