Job Description

VadaTech Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Entry Level SMT Operator . As an Entry Level SMT Operator, you will become responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machines, performing quality inspections, and ensuring efficient production of electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate SMT machines, including pick and place machines, solder paste screen printers, and reflow ovens
• Load components and solder paste onto SMT machines
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product compliance
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating SMT machines or similar machines in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of component types and packaging (e.g. BGA, SOICS, RES/CAP packages) helpful
• Experience with IPC Workmanship Standards
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
