Job Summary:

Were looking for a highly motivated detailoriented EntryLevel Software Support Engineer to join our remote team. As a Software Support Engineer you will give technical assistance and support to our customers by fixing software issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance via phone email and chat.

Troubleshoot software issues. Address client problems.

Work with crossfunctional teams (development QA sales)

Create and update technical documentation

Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent field

02 years of experience in software support or related field

Strong programming abilities (e.g. Java Python C).

Strong communication and problemsolving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
