Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations across air, water, and waste systems
- Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis to monitor and reduce waste levels
- Serve as the site's Subject Matter Expert on environmental regulations
- Manage permits, audits, and regulatory reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Oversee groundwater systems, recovery wells, and abatement processes
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliant waste removal
- Conduct Environmental Hazard Analyses and support MOC reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and support ISO9001 and RC14001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance
- Strong knowledge of EPA, state, and local environmental regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
