What You'll Do:

• Perform regular on-site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and enforce safety standards
• Prepare and update Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) , safety reports, incident logs, and other regulatory documentation.
• Communicate with the Site Safety Team , Project Manager , and Site Owner to address safety concerns and ensure consistent implementation of safety procedures.
• Support and enforce safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and engage workers to drive awareness and compliance.
• Lead or assist in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be in a construction safety role on large-scale projects .
• Strong Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and Safety Protocols
• Must be able to enforce compliance, conduct incident response, and support a proactive safety culture.
• Candidates must have experience developing Job Safety Analyses , safety logs, and reporting tools.
