Job Description
Title: Epic Dorothy Analyst
Duration: 6 month contrac to hire
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, build, testing, and maintenance of EPIC Dorothy module components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current workflows and suggest system enhancements.
- Provide support for issue resolution, documentation, and user training.
- Participate in upgrades, optimization initiatives, and go-live events.
- Ensure system compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or application support.
- Ability to obtain EPIC Dorothy certification within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with EPIC applications, particularly Dorothy.
- EPIC Dorothy certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, Nursing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with care coordination workflows and clinical operations.
