Epic Resolute Analyst

Location: 100% REMOTE

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Description :

The client is looking for Epic Resolute Analyst with at least 10+ Years of Total IT Experience.

Service Request Work Includes But Is Not Limited To:

• Account, Credit, Follow-up, Remittance, and Retro Review Work queues modifications
• Creating and updating Riles, System Actions, Billing Indicators, Stop Bills, DNB, & Revenue Guidance Edits
• Provider Provisioning (billing related)
• Bill Area build and maintenance, and EAF Groups
• BCB Build
• Consecutive/Combine Logic and Specialty Billing (Client and Corporate)
• Estimates build
• Testing Efforts
  
  

Resources are needed to support run/service requests received from the RCM and other business partners due to the organizational growth.

Programs Used:

Epic Resolute Module, MS Teams w/video, MS Office, Outlook



What Projects Will This Person Be Working On:

Service Request for system updates and incidents, routine maintenance and break/fix
